How it works

Under 15 minutes of questions. Then a crew that runs while you are closed.

Four steps. None of them involve learning software.
  1. 01

    The intake. Under 15 minutes.

You answer questions about what you sell, where your work already lives, and what you want back first. No demo, no sales deck. The answers become the plan.

  2. 02

    We build your company file.

One file holds your prices, your rules, your voice, your response-time targets and your spending limits. Every agent reads it before it acts. When you change this file, their behavior changes.

    prices: see price-list.csv (live)
response_goal: reply to new leads within 2 min
    ad_cap: ask above $150/day
    voice: plain, no exclamation marks
    never_say: "guaranteed", "cheapest"
approve: refunds > policy, any new claim
  3. 03

We turn agents on one at a time.

You approve each schedule before it runs. Nothing starts without you saying yes to it specifically. If a schedule looks wrong, you say so and we change it before it ever fires.

It runs. You get a brief every morning.

You approve the few things that need a human. That is the job. The files land on your computer whether or not you read the brief that day.

    Tue 6:14 AM · morning-brief.md

Ran 9 of 9 agents. 1 approval waiting.

3 new leads replied to. 2 booked.

    Ledger current through 11:58 PM.

Ad platform unreachable since 2:10 AM. Spend report says unavailable.

What to expect

A conservative timeline.

Written to under-promise. Each stage lists what will not be working yet, because you will notice anyway.

Week one

Working

  • Company file drafted and reviewed with you
  • First agent live, usually lead reply or the bookkeeper
  • First morning brief, short

Not yet

  • Weekly P&L. It needs a full week of reconciled ledger first
  • Content calendar. Voice rules are still being tuned
  • The dashboard. It is built once two departments are producing data

Week two

Working

  • Three to five agents on schedule
  • First weekly P&L, with unavailable lines where sources are not connected yet
  • Approval cards arriving, probably more than you would like while limits are calibrated

Not yet

  • Ad spend recommendations. They need two weeks of data to say anything honest
  • Competitor report. Watch list is still being confirmed with you

Week four

Working

  • Full roster for your tier
  • Dashboard file rebuilding three times a day
  • Approval volume down as your rules settle
  • First monthly review call

Not yet

  • Reliable trend lines. Four weeks is four data points
  • Anything that depends on a source you have not connected

Month three

Working

  • The brief is boring. That is the goal
  • Quarter-level numbers with a real baseline
  • You have edited your company file yourself at least once

Not yet

  • Year-over-year comparison. It will say unavailable until there is a prior year in the ledger

You get a written Agent Improvement Plan the same day. No call required to read it.
